Iona Clark

Meet Iona, our Administrator and Radio presenter

Iona has always had a love for music especially worship music, and is passionate about using radio as a way to encourage people, share faith, and help build community.

Originally Iona studied Musical Theatre before going on to study Applied Theology and Performing Arts at Regent's Theological College, graduating with a BA (Hons) in 2022. She is currently studying for an MFA in Theatre Directing at Edinburgh Napier University, combining her love of creativity, storytelling, and ministry.

In 2023, Iona joined Home Church Scotland as Personal Assistant to the Senior Pastor, and through that role she developed an even greater heart for serving people and supporting the ministry of the church. Iona then joined Home Radio in December 2025, where she have the privilege of helping behind the scenes as Administrator as well as presenting on air.

What Iona loves most about Home Radio is the sense of connection it creates. Whether it's through worship music, great conversations, sharing testimonies, or simply being a friendly voice during someone's day, Indeed Iona believes radio can be a powerful way to remind people that they are not alone and that God is always at work.

When Iona's not studying, working, or behind the microphone, you'll probably find her talking about animals (I absolutely love them and mention them on air quite a lot!), tackling another DIY project, or sharing stories from her journey of renovating her first home. Iona loves bringing a little bit of everyday life to the station and connecting with listeners through the ups, downs, successes, and occasional DIY disasters along the way!
